Standard delivery orders (On and Qc) made no later than 12pm EDT Monday, April 1 should arrive before the day of the eclipse April 8, but not guaranteed, see Post Canada delivery standards for lettermail.
Express delivery orders must be made no later than 12pm EDT Wednesday, April 3 to arrive on time before the eclipse. You will be refunded if not delivered by 9am EDT on April 8.
Local delivery orders (Greater Montreal Area) must be made no later than 11:59pm Saturday, April 6 to arrive the next day. You will be refunded if not delivered before April 7 end of day.

BEFORE EACH USE: Check front and back of each lens for damage such as scratches, pinholes or separation from frame. If damaged, cut into small pieces and discard. DO NOT attempt to clean or disinfect (under general conditions of use this should not be necessary).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Wear your Eclipse Glasses to protect your eyes from solar radiation any time you look directly at the Sun or the Sun’s reflection. When looking at a solar eclipse, use your Eclipse Glasses whenever ANY PART of the Sun, no matter how small, is visible. This product should not be used with any other optical appliances such as cameras, telescopes or binoculars. This product is NOT a toy. Children should use only with adult supervision.

    Delivery is available to most major cities. For postal codes located outside of the free delivery zone, additional shipping fees may apply.

    INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY

    Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. Your packing slip will be affixed to one of your boxes.

    Please indicate on your packing slip any occurrence during the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise, keep all contents and their original outer and inner packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken.

    Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to a household use of our products. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, discoloration due to exposure to light, misuse, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or abusive wear.

    Should you be unavailable for the scheduled delivery, another delivery fee may be charged for rescheduling or cancelling the order.

  • Returns

    Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted. A defective item is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
